I believe finding the right fit is key to Therapy feeling good and helpful, with that in mind I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation as well as a first introductory session at a reduced rate of $50 to give prospective clients a more accessible opportunity to see if I’m the right Therapist for them.
Following our intro session, my fee for a 50-minute individual session is $150.
I do offer a limited number of spots in my practice with fees on a sliding scale for those for whom cost is prohibitive, dependent on availability, please feel free to inquire if you are looking for a reduced rate.
Fees may be covered under extended health benefit plans which cover Registered Psychotherapists. Payment can be made via EMT or credit card on the day of your session.
I require 24-hours notice to cancel a session without charge.
